This involved me handing 1st and 2nd line support calls, analysing and investigating problems, • Providing technical support over the phone to all IT users• Diagnosing and resolving a wide range of technical issues via phone, email and using remote technologies• Escalating calls and issues where necessary to 3rd line support• Updating support documentation• Keeping customers updated as to progress• Providing troubleshooting and configuration support for client desktop and networking environments
