About Mark Tripolitsiotis

I have been working at Reed Exhibitions since 2007. Reed Exhibitions is one of the largest trade show companies in the world. I started as a temp answering phones on a 6 month contract. The day after my contract was over I was offered a Job. I have worked with many different teams in my time at Reed Exhibitions. While being the floor plan manager I helped manage the floor plans for some of our biggest trade shows that we had in the building including the SHOT show (over sq.ft), the PGA Merchandise show (Over sq.ft.) and our vision events (over sq.ft. combined). I also helped create some floor plans from scratch using our Expocad program. In my current role as Customer Success Specialist I am working on our National Hardware Show. I am responsible for over 1900 Exhibitors. I am what the hardware team likes to call the \"hardware host\". I am here to help and build the relationship with all of these accounts. The national hardware show was over sq.ft. this past year. I enjoy working with the customers in an account rep role. It is nice to be able to build the relationship with our exhibitors and help them get the most out of our shows.
