I am blessed to be a senior Trial Attorney and partner at Tobin Lucks with over 40 years of practice in the WC industry and work with my sons. We love working with all workers compensation carriers who do business in California and their unique challenges, and I’m always looking for new working relationships for our firm. My claims handling defense is aggressive, resourceful,and I share the desire for early resolution. My years of experience in resolving catastrophic claims along with extensive experience in the personal injury field allows me to provide you a well rounded look at your claims exposure at the outset of a claim.
