Maintain excel reports on a daily basis to track back rent balances and confirm approval in such situations as transfers, terminations, and evictions. Communicate findings and provide support, documentation and details on back rent, and other pertinent rent related information. Collaborate with internal and external team members in a team setting to evaluate situations and resolve issues. Maintain working knowledge of processes and communicate processes to internal and externalteams as needed. Process, file, and distribute rent statements as received by headquarters.
