I\'m an accomplished, highly motivated, dynamic Financial Services Professional, with extensive experience of Proposition Development/ Management and Relationship Management with world leading insurers. I have indepth knowledge of Proposition Lifecycle Management, developing new electronic propositions and platforms from concept through to delivery and propositional review, creating products and services customers want, and delivering an edge and growth for business\'s. I\'m very proud to have designed, developed and managed all of Zurich\'s Life products (Term, Critical Illness, Income Protection, Whole of Life, 50-80 Plans and Lifetime care) and Extranet, capitalising on new opportunities and delivering significant growth.
