I lead the end-to-end course development process, manage in-house and freelance developers, and ensure content is regularly refreshed with new material and improvements.Alongside course development, I am working to enhance CareTutor’s visibility through improved marketing activity, stronger relationships with key clients, and initiatives such as a monthly L&D sector newsletter. I also lead competitor reviews, analyse client course requests, and look at ways to improve our own internal L&D, ensuring CareTutor continues to innovate and set standards in care sector training.
