ABOUT MARK THOMPSON PGDIP
Served 26 years in Royal Navy and now employed as a Senior Engineer for Ebeni Ltd.Served on various nuclear submarines, worked as part of a nuclear safety team and most recently in an instructional role. This given me a broad range of experience in the submarine and nuclear field, dealing with the reactor plant in all modes and associated plant rules and documentation, for both critical and shutdown operation. The instructional role involved both classroom based teaching and coaching and assessing in the simulator. I am also qualified to assess other instructors to ensure they meet required standards and provided coaching and mentoring to enhance instructional development. I completed a PGdip in nuclear radiological protection.I have also completed my PADI diving instructor course.
