Mark is a Senior Air Traffic Control Specialist with over 42 years’ experience in Air Traffic Control and Air Traffic Flow Management. His expertise is grounded in 30 years’ experience in a FAA air traffic control facility where he was instrumental in the implementation of Time-Based Flow Management (TBFM) at two of the world\'s busiest airports, Atlanta and Charlotte. For the last 10+ years he has worked with System Operations and Performance Based-Navigation (PBN) teams designing and transitioning the National Airspace System (NAS); departure, arrival and enroute air traffic flows, from Conventional Ground-based navigation to Satellite-based Area Navigation (RNAV).
