Core responsibilities include:Develop, lead, and continuously improve a dynamic and risk-based global ethics and compliance program including anti-corruption/FCPA; export controls; trade sanctions including OFAC, know-your-customer screening and procedures, data protection and privacy, hotline and investigation processes, and conflicts of interest. Support Chief Legal Officer and business units on key corporate and legal department initiatives. Operate as trusted partner with key stakeholders in HR, IT, audit, finance, sales, procurement, and executive team.Active development and engagement with policy and process improvement initiatives including all corporate conduct policies, AI acceptable use and integration, data privacy initiatives, and third party risk programs.Manage and leverage international panel of outside counsel for litigation, export, and general corporate support concerns. Counsel business on day to day legal issues including commercial transactions, contract support and negotiation (procurement, sales, SaaS, real estate, among others), HR/employment, and compliance matters.
