As a Senior Programme Manager, I have over 15 years of experience in managing the delivery and support of mission-critical banking systems using agile and waterfall methodologies. I am passionate and flexible in adapting to the changing needs and expectations of the financial sector, and I have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.My core competencies include cloud adoption, data management, programme delivery, change management, and stakeholder management. I have successfully led and executed key assignments, such as migrating a portfolio of pilot banking applications to GCP, implementing a transaction monitoring system using Oracle FCCM/Mantas, and creating a big data Hadoop repository for a global bank.
