S. Department of Defense. Advised the Army’s Fires Center of Excellence on capability gap identification, solicitation of potential solutions, candidate solution nomination, evaluation preparation, rehearsal and conduct of evaluation, and recommendation implementation.Over twenty years of analytical experience implementing Operations Research and Systems Analysis tools and techniques concentrating on Air and Missile Defense, Army Airspace Management and Mission Command/Battle Command.
