My role is Business Change Lead for Brother (BIE).I lead a team of Business Partners & Business Analysts to ensure that Brother’s European offices have a cohesively delivered IT infrastructure and policy.This wide-ranging role affords me a detailed understanding of the lifecycle of both project and product delivery. Projects range from a matter of days (software upgrade) to 5 year epics (S4 HANA) and anything in between.Working alongside C-Suite executives gives me a 360 view of a global business.With offices in all major European cities, the team is truly pan-European. This is demonstrated in a plethora of languages and cultures embraced by the Business Partners.As a result of my previous life, as an experienced gaming professional, I have extensive knowledge of the UK slot markets; Online, Casino, LBO, AGC, Bingo, Pub & FEC. I am a proven team builder and have used this skill to galvanise the entire delivery process across multiple businesses while maximising individuals’ strengths. I have in-depth experience with the development of games, systems and hardware with a track record of delivering high profile products into a wide range of gambling environments. Working across numerous customers (internal & external), I am confident and capable in all business situations.
