As the Design Lead for the B&Q Product Design team, I managed and mentored a team of designers and UX researchers, fostering collaboration and driving innovation. I also led the design efforts for a major project to develop new apps for both B&Q and TradePoint. This included crafting concepts, designing user experiences, and building a new design system. I also implemented processes to effectively communicate our designs to development teams, ensuring alignment and a seamless transition from concept to implementation.
