As Head of Training Partnerships I am responsible for the growth and development of our outsourced training solution. Through strong commercial relationships with partners, training and coaching of colleagues as well as close involvement with sales colleagues and customers across APSS and the wider Arco group, our Training Partnerships proposition will deliver against any training requirement. • Lead, motivate, coach and develop a team of 3rd party associates across multi sites and geographies to ensure KPI’s are met.• Responsible for Sales and Gross Profit performance in line with budgetary forecast.• To standardise and model a clear portfolio of expertise which supports expansion of the training provision within Safety Services.• Continuous improvement of the Training proposition to ensure market leading status• Subject matter expert providing insight to colleagues, customers, industry and supporting Sales and CX with the creation and conversion of opportunities• Develop technical capability by attracting and maintaining 3rd party relationships.• Network and build partnerships with relevant awarding bodies and strategic safety committees.• Responsibility for the 3rd party providers, ensuring compliance and governance as well as selection and development of commercial partnerships.• Lead on key projects involving outsourced training requirements.• Support customer expectations through the delivery of market leading training solutions.
