Responsible for implementing people strategies and operational plans to support the wider business partnering team. I am a conscientious, dedicated and hard working Human Resources professional and I am committed to Continued Professional Development and best practice. I enjoy working in a fast paced and challenging environment. I am dedicated to the HR profession, as can be evidenced by me self-funding my Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources management and I continue to self develop by attending various CIPD, Employment Law and HR related events. I have a strong interest in people; their behaviour, performance and development, which is clear from my academic background. My work experiences have enhanced my interest, whilst allowing me to develop my aptitude for management, coaching and relationship-building and have exposed me to both HR and management perspectives on workplace issues.
