   Mark T. Celoni, PE, serves as Regional Vice President. The firm’s Greater Philadelphia region includes Philadelphia, its surrounding counties, and southern New Jersey. Mark is responsible for client service and business development efforts as well as the management, growth and success of the Greater Philadelphia region. Mark joined Pennoni Associates in 1988, and has managed some of the region’s largest multi-disciplinary projects for the firm. His expertise is in feasibility studies, master planning, testimony at zoning hearings, subdivision and land development, environmental permitting, demolition,storm water management, utility design, technical reports and specifications. Mark earned his BS in Commerce Engineering Sciences and his MS in Engineering Management from Drexel University, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania.Mark is as a Board Member of University City District, Fairmount Park Conservancy and the Central Philadelphia Development Corporation. Mark is a member of the Carpenters\' Company of the City and County of Philadelphia, Business Advisory Council for the ACE Mentor Program of Greater Philadelphia, Select Greater Philadelphia, American Society of Civil Engineers, National Society of Professional Engineers, the Engineers’ Club of Philadelphia, and the Urban Land Institute.
