Hi there - I\'m Mark. Want to know a little about me?At work, I\'m Directory of Technology Operations at Epsilon. My Product Operations team manages cloud-based installations of hundreds of virtual servers, deploys tons of serverless technology, and uses automation tools like GoCD and Terraform to manage all that stuff at scale. Our clients are some of the biggest names in business, and the global team cares for the large-scale implementations of several Epsilon products.My skillset includes fun stuff like deep AWS and Azure cloud experience. I have a long history with Java middleware, too. I\'ve been working with web technology for a long while now and am intimately familiar with many web technologies. On top of the technology skillset, I\'m a people person and a natural leader. I\'ve worked hard to cultivate soft skills that make managing people and teams a passion.Outside of work? I\'m an avid reader. I play music (guitar, bass, drums!). I\'m a licensed pilot. I like to care for my garden, cook, and mess around with electronics. I love curling up on the couch on a rainy Sunday and playing video games. I\'m the type of person who likes to sing along with the music (loudly!) in the car. I tell my family corny jokes and then laugh at them because I think I\'m a pretty funny guy. I like to learn new things every day. Traveling is a passion of mine.
