With over 20 years in retail, I have learned a lot. From my first retail job working PT at the local Sears, to managing an entire LP team now it has been an exciting ride. I have met a lot of great people, learned many lessons, and have fallen in love with the retail environment. Most of all I have come to learn what matters most is \"WHY\". Why whatever your role, great or small, it contributes to the organization’s success. Why we say the customer is always right, even though that\'s not always the case. Why creating and maintaining relationships still matters. Why having a shared vision creates a strong culture.
