About Mark Sullivan

I am a Commercial Real Estate executive based in Washington, DC, where I lead Colliers’ Agency Leasing Team. My expertise within office leasing, representing both landlords and tenants, ultimately led me to join Colliers in December 2020 with the primary focus of building up the landlord leasing practice in Greater Washington. Over the last 26 years, I have represented approximately eight million square feet of office projects on behalf of both local developers and institutional owners/advisers. I have been involved in the completion of over six million square feet of leasing transactions. I am a native of Metropolitan Washington, and prior to joining Colliers, I spent 26 years at Cushman & Wakefield and predecessor(s) DTZ, Cassidy Turley, and Cassidy & Pinkard. I have earned multiple awards from the Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Association (CREBA), including “Rookie of the Year”, “Leasing Transaction of the Year-DC” in 2004, 2008 and 2018 and several “Multi-Million Dollar Club” awards for production. In 2005, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2015 and 2018 I was recognized as one of the “Top 10 Leasing Agents in Washington, DC”. In addition, I have held multiple leadership roles within CREBA, including the Board of Directors (20••••14), Treasurer (2011), President (2013) and Executive Committee (20••••14) and Co-Chair of the CREBA President\'s Council (20••••18) and Co-Chair of the CREBA Brokerage Hall of Fame (20••••19).
