About Mark Stuard

Light commercial construction to multi-million dollar commercial projects from site work to final completon. I love the building process and will maintain a professional work environment as I supervise daily operations. As Superintendent I run daily construction activities look for discrepancies within the contract documents, inspect for building codes, prepare RFI\'s, complete daily field reports and look ahead schedules using critical path methodology. I update project schedules using MSP, and maintain a tight schedule. I hold project co-ordination meetings for sub-contractors and coordinate work schedules, process work orders, submittals and order materials, to ensure smooth work flow and productive working relationships. I will implement a site specific safety and quality control program, and stay involved extensively at maintaining good relations on the jobsite. Upon successful completion I will turn over a clean punch list. As a construction professional I have worked on various construction projects including new construction and renovations. Commercial projects including new construction from ground up to tenant improvements. Multi-million dollar projects using high end products from residential to retail projects, including commercial market. Various commercial projects from remodeled spaces to complete renovations of commercial buildings and office buildings including multistory mixed use projects with elevators. Municipal fire stations, Industrial buildings, renovation projects including extensive structural work on schools, gymnasiums, and healthcare facilities. additions, I have a great track record in the construction field of being part of key project management in conjunction with the construction manager on many large projects completed on time and on budget. I have extensive travel throughout many states in the North East and other parts of the country.
