I am a highly driven manager that has excellent skills in team development, people management, and delivering operational excellence. In all of my roles I have had full budget control and the responsibility to achieve an agreed budget and operational profit. I pride myself on people development and building relationships with stakeholders and within the team, whilst maintaining a positive working working and morale. I have worked in the hospitality industry for over ten years and throughout this time I have been lucky enough to experience a wide perspective of the food & beverage industry. I have been compliant in the day to day running of the business; directly involving driving operational excellence and demonstrating best practice.Becoming the GM of eden, this has lead me to learn a deep understanding of a multi-directional business, and the ability to manage a team. In addition, I have learned to work in a departmental way, to achieve tasks in a way that fulfilled the companies targets, in an efficient manner.
