My career began in Higher Education, Recreation, and Collegiate Athletics, where I built programs, led teams, and created environments that strengthened student engagement, wellness, and inclusivity. I learned how to design scalable programs, streamline operations, and foster meaningful experiences that make a real impact on people’s lives.Over time, I discovered a second passion: using automation and AI to make organizations operate smarter and more efficiently. What started as small workflow fixes—reducing manual tasks, improving data accuracy, and optimizing communications—quickly evolved into a deep expertise in AI-driven systems, process integration, and workflow architecture.Today, I serve as a Process & Integrations Specialist at Taylor Wiz Marketing, where I design and implement end-to-end automation systems that connect CRMs, AI conversation flows, communication channels, and operational workflows. Using tools like GoHighLevel, n8n, Zapier, and OpenAI, I build solutions that save time, reduce errors, and allow teams to focus on higher-value work.My work is driven by the belief that technology should amplify human potential, not replace it.
