With 28 years of experience in aviation, I have built a career centered around technical expertise, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. Starting as a technician on the shop floor, I have worked my way through various roles, always with a focus on solving complex challenges and driving operational efficiency. Throughout my career, I have remained passionate about aircraft maintenance and reliability, and I am proud to have been a hands-on mechanic early in my career, which shaped my understanding of the real-world challenges faced in aviation.I transitioned into roles that allowed me to broaden my impact, including positions in Fleet Reliability Engineering, Maintenance Analysis, and Quality Assurance. My career path has been defined by leveraging data and technology to drive better outcomes—whether it’s improving maintenance programs, optimizing aircraft inspection schedules, or ensuring safe and efficient vendor operations.As Director of Technical Services, I led a diverse team across multiple disciplines, including Aircraft Programs, Reliability, and Avionics Support. Now, as Vice President, I am focused on driving strategic initiatives that enhance our operational capabilities, improve fleet performance, and maintain the highest standards of safety and compliance across the organization.I am a collaborative leader with a passion for developing talent and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
