At Achieve, I work as part of the Quality Assurance (QA) team. As part of the team, I am responsible for Utilization Review (UR) and Utilization Management (UM). I am responsible for maintaining records and clinical reviews for a percentage of our clients. These reviews are based on the requirements set forth by OMH (Office of Mental Health). I also serve as an active member of the Achieve crisis response team and maintain a caseload for individual psychotherapy.
