Working within the DDaT team, looking after the technology we use and deploy within St John, across all of our sites, including all Hardware, Laptops, Desktops, Thin Clients but also the wider WAN infrastructure installed across the 300 sites utilised by St John to Deliver Work Place First Aid Training, and Volunteering Services, as well as the corporate functions of the charity.Working closely with our third party suppliers of Technology, Network Services, including day to day liaison, weekly and monthly service reporting and also critical incident supportAlso responsible to support the Operational Radio Communications we deploy to major events, as well as communications for our smaller events, this is delivered by our Op Comms volunteers, to ensure we have stable communications when providing First Aid cover at events.
