About Mark Smith
As a CRC broker, I take a consultative approach to assist agents and brokers manage their client\'s risk with the most comprehensive insurance products available. In addition, I have always focused on educating agents and brokers on the unique aspects of professional risks, offering continuing education on a wide variety of topics with a special focus on cyber risk. I\'ve enjoyed writing white papers on various cyber issues, speaking at industry and trade events and hosting a number of national cyber risk webinars.One of my favorite interests has been working closely with many insurance carriers to revise and refine their Cyber Liability insurance policies and endorsements to better insure emerging cyber risk. In addition to cyber, my other specialties include: Management Liability, Professional and Healthcare Liability as well as a focus on Architects & Engineers, Real Estate and Technology E&O.My foremost mission is to serve my customers.
