Leader of high performing team developing real time analytics driven system to monitor the stability and performance of customer facing websites (member portals). • System is comprised of over 100 dashboards for multiple lines of business covering the breadth and depth of the sites with users ranging from the C-Suite to technology leaders, developers, and product leadership. • The goal of the project is to provide a view of portal health that covers the portal technology layers (presentation, business logic, backend systems, and infrastructure) to provide real-time information that drives rapid problem-solving, an understanding of where technology teams need to focus, and to rapidly assess the effects of changes in the system. At the inception of the project, I developed a long-term strategic plan and created a project path to achieve the plan. • I performed an analysis of technology options to implement the plan and reviewed Tableau, PowerBI, Dynatrace, New Relic, Data Dog, and Grafana. • I developed proof of concept dashboards that resulted in leadership backing for the project and the acquisition of the technology. • After several months of development with live data, the project received additional funding to build out a team to accelerate the development efforts.
