For the past 3 years I have been working on Retail & Leisure projects throughout the UK & Europe for DDI Projects, all of which have been done using the \'Lean Construction\' principals. From the Collaborative Planning Meeting to PC we have found not only can we complete projects quicker but also the end product has remained at a high standard.5 years ago we would get 10 weeks to fit-out a H&M, my last one H&M Hereford was completed in 31 days.[photos attached below]These projects could not succeed if it were not for our skilled supply chain of contractors that we use, and these companies have bought into the philosophy of \'Lean\' and are reaping the benefits as well.
