I am an experienced professional working within the L&D space with over ten years of experience working within the nonprofit, higher education and corporate environment. I work closely with organizational leaders to develop training and educational resources to keep talent sharp, remain in compliance with regulatory requirements, and carry organizational culture. In addition to my full-time work, I also serve as a facilitator and coach, working with organizations, departments and individuals to build leadership skills and equitable workplace practices.
