   Serve as the Operations Manager with Shambaugh & Son L.P- Ed Grace Division. Shambaugh & Son has been in the construction/engineering services business since 1926. We are currently the largest MEP construction services contractor in Indiana and ranked the 3rd largest specialty contractor in the US. We self-perform 10 broad disciplines including Mechanical, Plumbing, Process, Refrigeration, Electrical, Process Controls, Fire Protection, Temperature Controls, High Voltage and Low Voltage Systems - a unique single-source responsibility not found elsewhere in our industry.Core responsibilities include all aspects of the business leading a strong industrial, institutional, and healthcare group with a respected reputation. From sales, estimating, and managing projects & clients, I understand the critical paths forward and am known for my ability to increase job-site productivity, develop recoverable lost time plans, and my outstanding communication skills. I’m familiar with all aspects of piping systems and design. My experience in pharmaceutical and industrial plants has provided an understanding of manufacturing requirements and their scheduling needs.
