With over 30 years of progressively responsible executive leadership, I have dedicated my career to building and leading transformative programs in the fields of homelessness, healthcare, and behavioral health. As CEO of Ritter Center, I administer a $10M+ budget and oversee 60 staff members, driving innovative solutions that impact the lives of more than 2,500 individuals annually from low-income backgrounds in Marin County.Throughout my career, I’ve been recognized for developing and implementing evidence-based programs that produce measurable outcomes across various life domains for underserved populations. From my role as a fiscal steward managing multi-million-dollar budgets to pioneering person-centered services, I am committed to fostering long-term community resilience. My efforts in leading the $20M+ capital campaign at Ritter Center are focused on consolidating operations into a cutting-edge facility that will expand our ability to serve Marin County’s growing needs.Career Highlights: Three decades of leadership in programs for the homeless and low-income, housing, medical and social models, and full-service partnership programs. More than doubled the size of Ritter Center’s operations since 2018, expanding medical clinic, Whole Person Care, case management, and food pantry services markedly. Spearheaded the largest MHSA housing subsidy and support program in Alameda County, creating substantial cost savings for local and state governments. Implemented highly effective, person-centered behavioral healthcare programs that are compliant with HRSA, HUD, Medi-Cal, Medicare, and the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Facilities. Recognized as a respected speaker at statewide and national conferences on topics like Co-occurring Disorders, Full-Service Partnerships, Supported Employment, and Housing First.
