Spearheaded the largest MHSA housing subsidy and support program in Alameda County, creating substantial cost savings for local and state governments. Implemented highly effective, person-centered behavioral healthcare programs that are compliant with HRSA, HUD, Medi-Cal, Medicare, and the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Facilities. Recognized as a respected speaker at statewide and national conferences on topics like Co-occurring Disorders, Full-Service Partnerships, Supported Employment, and Housing First.
