Precommissioning and Commissioning of all Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation and Process of Mining, Cement, Water Treatment and Power Generation Industries. Project Leader/Engineer.Electrical and Instrumentation Field Engineer in power plants, water treatment, paper mill and mining environments. Assets include Crushers, SAG and Ball Mills. Floatation, Cleaners and Thickener packages. Kilns, Burner Management systems. Worked with PLC’s, motor Control Centers, new installations, instrumentation commissioning of a new Co-Generation power plant. Knowledge of Foundation Field Buss and Hart protocols. DCS system work and all electrical support. Rosemount, Siemens and Allen Bradley are just a few of the providers I work with. CEMS experience! Siemens, California Analytical, Thermo Scientific, and ABB analyzer repair to component level. Strong background in Boiler chemistry and water treatment Chemistry, servicing demineralizers and lab equipment. Expert trainer for Plant operations and Maintenance. Certified Toxic Gas Analysis calibration. In 1991 devised a method utilizing and Oxygen Plasma cleaning method to increase yield resulting in an award for saving the company more than $1.5 million annually. This was one of 12 Solutions.
