Our mission is to clean up \"fresh foods\' which claim to be healthy, but are still filled with lots of bad fats, preservatives and additives. First, if you\'re going to eat something all the time it has to taste great and happens to be healthy. We believe foods can be the best tasting and also healthy. My mom had to transform our eating when I was a kid and my father got heart disease. She was an amazing cook, but soon learned how to substitute bad fats for good fats, fresh foods for processed and maintain a healthy lifestyle. As an adult in the health food industry, my business partner and I couldn\'t believe our kids were taking healthy foods and wrapping them in tortillas with a laundry list of fake ingredients. We started looking into the industry and the history of tortillas and couldn\'t believe how such a staple could have become so bad for you. We set out with Rise & Puff to create home made tasting tortillas without any scary stuff (Lard, preservatives and gums) We\'ve disrupted how tortillas are made, packaged and sold. The hope is to flip users, one tortilla at a time and make peoples lives a little better.
