Support/Responsible for setting up the M3 program document management protocol across 3 different sub projects (Mona/Morgan/Morven) and Control/Issue document/Information across M3 program internally and externally with contractors/Consultants. · Support on set-up process on Internal/external document control Process.· Effective document management processes and procedures to ensure document creation, revision control & issuance of documents are complaint with M3 project requirements. · Ensure All Documents compliance with M3 Common Data Environment (CDE).· Mass Bulk Migration of Legacy documents from Legacy EDMS/Share Point into OMEGA 365 EDMS system. · Document number allocation, Control and Publishing approved M3 Internal documents in EDMS. · Coordination/control of multi package documents (Land Substation (LSS), Offshore Substation (OSS), Ground Base Structures (GBS), Land Export Cables (LEC), Wind Turbine Installation Vessel (WTIV), Inter array Cable (IAC), Wind Turbine Generator (WTG)), submit to various Bidders & Contractors.· Coordination/control of agreement documents as per National Grid Electricity Transmission (NGET) and interface with National Grid · Issue starter packs to contractor and document control training to CONTRACTOR document control team. · Receive documents from Various Contractors and distribute documents via workflow internally for review and approval via Omega 365. · Maintain Various registers, Due reports in EDMS and publish to stake holders.
