I have 20+ years experience in Supply Chain Management where my primary area of expertise is IT Strategic Sourcing and Business Process Analysis/Re-engineering. At Pfizer (and formerly Wyeth) I am in the Sourcing & Enterprise Services group, on the Sourcing Operations & Enablement team. Currently my focus is on our global Agile implementation of ServiceNow where I serve as a Product Owner. For the 5 years prior, I worked on the team that supported our global Ariba implementation, with a focus on the delivery and development of training presentations, reference guides and videos for both the On Premise and Cloud versions of Ariba. Prior to working with Sourcing and Procurement technology at Pfizer, I worked as a Strategic Sourcing Manager in the Procurement organization for IT Goods and Services. Here my focus was developing statements of work, running RFx’s, negotiating contracts and supplier relationship management. I sourced IT Professional Services, Hosting Services, as well as Multi-Channel Marketing Services with a spend in excess of $200M. Prior, I managed our $65M IT Contingent Labor program.While working in the Utility industry I focused on automating Buy-side Supply Chain processes by utilizing a combination of web tools and EDI. Prior, my first Supply Chain experience was with a software company for 4+ years that developed a leading demand forecasting tool often used to support Vendor Managed Inventory. During my time as an Implementation Consultant I gained familiarity with different types of Supply Chains across many industries. In order to implement and integrate the software, I became intimately familiar with Supply Chain processes and various ERP systems.Before my Supply Chain experience, I spent several years in the environmental industry where I was a project manager. Projects focused primarily on demolition and environmental cleanup. I ran a small environmental contracting firm where I served as a General Manager where I was in charge of Operational Management, Sales and Marketing.
