I founded and lead on a day to day basis a national multi-disciplinary consultancy and surveying business providing services to organisations where property is a core part of their business activity. I grew the business to £16m of sales, with a PAYE headcount of 140 and being both a Best Companies top 100 employer and Investor in Customers \'Gold\' organisation in 2024. Working nationally, Pennington provides services across the social housing, residential, health, education, rail, blue light and commercial sectors.Having had a spell as a non executive, i reassumed the MD role in early 2025. My focus now is to grow the business, delivering excellent services for our clients, ensuring we are a great place to work and making a difference.
