ABOUT MARK SCOTTER
As an experienced Quantity Surveyor working for Main Contractors and Subcontractors in a range of fields, I have developed strong relationships with clients and subcontractors, managing schemes to a high standard. I have strong experience in the NEC contract under a number of frameworks. With many design and build projects being delivered under target, I commercially manage the schemes throughout the life of the project, including providing regular expenditure and cash flow forecasts to both the client and internally, cost reconciliation, highlighting of variations in the contract, and, where required, quotations for those variations.A logical person, I am a focussed individual who has worked well individually and as a team. I have offered my experience to newer Quantity Surveyors and provided workshops to the wider team on how everyone can be involved in delivering what the client requires at the right price.
