CEDR Accredited Mediator and Head of Dispute Resolution at Hansells Solicitors. I work mainly with civil, commercial, regulatory and sporting disputes.My interest in mediation comes from long experience of disputes where legal strength alone rarely resolves matters. Timing, process and the way people and organisations are treated often matter just as much. My approach is therefore practical and structured, focused on helping parties understand risk clearly, test their options and make decisions they can live with.Alongside a broad mediation practice, I spend a significant amount of time working in sport.
