Currently serving as construction management and project management subject matter expert (SME), providing guidance and business unit reference materials within Parsons. Previously was the project manager and construction manager on a $150 million aircraft maintenance facility for a private client. This program involved a mix of large design-bid-build and CMAR projects and a group of smaller publicly funded projects. Was responsible for taking the first major project of the facility, a large maintenance hangar and associated jet engine shop and office building, from conceptual design through building envelope procurement and tender of the final bid package, in only six months.In early 2016, completed an assignment as the Parsons project manager with profit and loss responsibility on a contract with Lockheed Martin to provide design and installation services on TSA security checkpoint equipment across the United States. Was directly responsible for all management aspects of the project including financial performance, safety, staffing, and future business development. As a deputy regional integration manager on the program, helped manage a team of personnel from multiple companies performing equipment deployment and commissioning work at all federalized airports in the eastern and central U.S. Also served as part of the overall program management team led by Lockheed Martin.In 2011, completed an assignment as a project manager on the $580 million, SF expansion of the San Antonio Military Medical Center. Provided overall management for the startup and commissioning of this LEED Silver facility, which included a new burn center, Level 1 trauma center, surgical suite with multiple operating rooms, and numerous inpatient and outpatient clinics and administrative areas. Previously acted as the resident construction engineer and design manager for BHS and EDS systems for a major security consulting program for the Houston Airport System.
