As a business coach and trainer, it is my passion to bring learning to life, and at CMOE we strive to do just that. I am personally involved in a number of projects that focus on leadership development, coaching, and people management. Some of my most outstanding experiences as a facilitator at CMOE have been around our experiential and immersive programs. Two of my favorites to facilitate include Leadership On The Battlefield which is a multi-day journey through Gettysburg, PA, the site of one of the largest battles in the American Civil War. Here, participants will have a chance to link outstanding leadership moments to their personal leadership development journey.Another outstanding program to facilitate is Journey For Jewels, a highly interactively, fun, and exciting simulation that is designed to enhance strategic thinking, decision-making, and teamwork capabilities.
