   Responsible for leading the Research and Development organization in the advancement of our differentiating technology platform. My focus is on developing the R&D strategy that will scale our technical teams in both Discrete and Analog technologies to capitalize on market opportunities and meet the needs of the organization. Striking the correct balance to promote a culture of constant innovation along with aggressive product commercialization is the primary challenge in this role. To this end, the focus is on partnering with Senior Leaders to ensure that our technology roadmap addresses our target markets, needs of the customers, and business. Ultimately, the delivery of best-in-class high performance products with an ever-growing technical portfolio is the objective of the organization.
