The team is responsible for forecasting and planning thousands of unique SKU\'s supporting enterprise wide strategies resulting in hundreds of millions of annual usage. I partner upstream with strategic sourcing on item specifications, contracts and awarding with global suppliers ensuring quality, cost and performance. Downstream, I lead partnerships with national 3PL\'s and internal supply chain teams on supplier performance, delivery, tracking and purchasing functions. Key work to date is further developing data analytics and insights leading to forecast accuracy performance on my team and cross team collaboration to implement new roles and responsibilities with our supply chain partners.
