About Mark Savinsky

My sales and management career is diverse starting in 1984 in the Industrial Foods Industry managing large client accounts and operations throughout the United States. In 1996, I made a career change and became a licensed insurance adjuster working in the restoration field. In 1998, I took a position as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a regional restoration contractor. In 2003, I took a position as the Western Regional Account Manager for Disaster Kleen Up International managing their Franchisee Accounts west of the Rockies. In 2006, I joined HARBRO and was Branch Manager of the Inland Empire Territory. In August of 2017, I joined Signal Restoration as the General Manager of California. I have completed a multitude of restoration training courses as well as attained and maintain a number of restoration certifications. With my Restoration Industry Certifications and college degree, I have become a restoration industry trainer for both commercial clients and insurance adjusters. I enjoy the challenge of designing and creating solutions to restoration problems from the simple to the most complex and I enjoy the complexity of managing one of Signal Restorations ten Branches. I feel that one of biggest work accomplishments for me is having met and served all the first responders, the survivors and building owner and management of the San Bernardino Terrorist Event. It was my privilege to have worked with Federal, State and Local agencies for a common goal to support those in need and help a building owner and insurance company come to grips with a daunting task of clean up and restoration. I am a past member of the Executive Board of the Southern California Claims Association and have been very involved in the Inland Empire Burn Center and Ronald McDonald House Foundation.
