Currently working on a series of scholarly articles focused on classical, Renaissance and medieval palindromes (karkinoi, versus recurrentes, krebsvers), often in collaboration with the classicist William Berg, and on Daoism aka Taoism. I will be presenting a paper on the history and tradition of Latin palindromes at the International Medieval Congress (Leeds, UK) in July 2021, and the Journal of Daoist Studies published my article \"Comedians as Daoist Missionaries\" in their 2020 (volume 13) issue.
