Mark has considerable experience as a Commercial Lead from Procurement Management to commercial management including Whole Life Cycle economics. Over the last 18 years his experience in large infrastructure has been further enhanced with Heathrow Airport on their extensive programme of works including pre and post contract involvement in Terminal 5 and Terminal 2 and more recently other major infrastructure projects with Tideway and Lower Thames Crossing. This experience combined with a successful academic background has led to his development in key roles on a number of project teams, providing clients with a high detailed level of commercial advice and cost control. Mark is enthusiastic, career minded, pro-active and has the ability to communicate well at all levels.
