Provided on-site submarine naval architecture SME support to an overseas client for an extended period. Wrote a technical standard governing the measurement of submarine out of circularity for the RCN. Reviewed and approved submarine stability reports for RCN Victoria Class submarines. Conducted stability experiments of RCN auxiliary vessels. Conducted surveys of RCN auxiliaries and Canadian Coast Guard vessels. Guest lecturer at the University of Victoria and supporter of their Submarine Racing Team. Guest speaker at Deep Blue Forum 2023 on Arctic Pollution Prevention requirements and the potential impact on the Canadian Patrol Submarine Project.
