   Responsible for leading the global business process within Carpenter’s Business Transformation Enablement project across 40 locations for the implementation of SAP Plant Maintenance. This includes business requirements gathering, “to-be” process design, gap analysis, scope management and issue resolution. Ensure that deployed solutions are efficient and effective, and support the business process goals and objectives across the global Carpenter enterprise. • Establish Maintenance methodology and implementation strategy for all plant locations • Manage master data conversion of all maintenance data, including creation, enrichment and formatting for load into SAP S/4 HANA • Develop maintenance plans, schedules and task lists • Work with consultants to perform configuration of SAP S/4 HANA Maintenance System • Manage development and design of overall functionality for Plant Maintenance • Perform configuration, technical and functional unit testing, as well as, business confidence testing • Responsible for development of functional specifications • Manage and develop business process procedures to be used as a resource tool by users • Manage and develop training documents and deliver training to end users • Managed go-live implementation of Plant Maintenance for (5) locations • Responsible for MRO material master (MM) creation, enrichment and load file • Led go-live process for entire SAP functionality at plant site • Provide hyper care support for plant locations (6weeks of 7x24 availability)
