About Mark Rosson

Mark Rosson earned a B.S. Degree in Construction Management from Fresno State. Mark has managed new construction and renovation projects for 30+ years in the private and public sectors, and has been working exclusively in the K-12 school market since 1992. Mark was promoted to CPM’s vice president of operations in 2007, and he performs this role in conjunction with principal-in-charge responsibilities as an Owner’s Representative for a number of Districts’ capital outlay programs. Mark recently completed his assignment overseeing Long Beach USD’s “Tech-Team” with the implementation of District-wide educational-technology infrastructure and low voltage system Master Plan upgrades, totaling over $48 million. His expertise also includes design and construction phase project management, bid/award phase and alternative delivery method strategies, professional consultant selection, facility condition assessments, constructability reviews, project budget development, estimating, and local bond implementation planning.
