ABOUT MARK ROSSI

It takes a talented team to deliver the depth of services that Avanti provides, so it’s an honor to lead this tribe. We recently celebrated our 20 Year Anniversary, and while I continue to offer a macro view of our business and bring a sense of urgency to the company, I also ensure everyone stays hyper focused on individual people – encouraging mistakes, pushing boundaries, and enabling personal growth. I created Avanti Restaurant Solutions in 2003 because back then, every restaurant supply vendor was boasting about flashy showrooms and massive inventories, and I knew there was a better way to support the natural stages of restaurant development. From the initial first store design, to the 100-store milestone, to opening 100 stores a year – I set out to provide a total kitchen solution. Fast-forward 20+ years and we still sell kitchen equipment, but now we also design independent high-end concepts from the ground up, build out large scale institutional kitchens, and manage a comprehensive facilities/replacement e-commerce solution to provide a seamless experience to customers who’ve already achieved operational excellence! Outside of work it’s a focus on family and the outdoors. I love cooking for my friends, and lately I can’t seem to get enough time in the ocean or on my mountain bike. I’m fifth generation Californian; I love this state and I understand how to operate in it…
