As a project manager for Terravanta, a small business that supports the SCE hydro / power generation division, I apply my 30+ years of experience and credentials as a professional geologist to deliver high-quality results for a variety of clean energy projects. My work covers the early scoping through completion of project planning, permitting, implementation, quality control, cost control, risk management, and construction oversight for hydroelectric, solar, wind, natural gas-fired combined cycle steam turbines, geothermal, battery energy storage systems, fuel cells, and pumped energy storage hydro facilities.My core competencies include geology, hydrogeology, construction management, remediation, waste management, and munitions response, which I have demonstrated on over projects for commercial, federal, and private clients in 10 states and territories. I have also contributed to the strategic review and improvement of the USGS\'s critical mineral surveys, mapping, and data collection programs as a private sector advisor to the NCGMP / NGGDPP Federal Advisory Committee for over 13 years.    Project manager for a MBE, WBE, DBE small business supporting the Southern California Edison (SCE) power generation division in early scoping project management of project planning / permitting / implementation / quality control / cost control / risk management and construction oversight. My workload supports SCE capital projects for natural gas / hydrogen-fired combined cycle steam turbines, hydroelectric, energy storage (battery energy storage systems and pumped energy storage hydro) and fuel cell facilities covering their mile service area in California, Arizona and Nevada. Much of this construction work for SCE was on accelerated timelines requiring multi-tasking of schedules and budgets to meet client deliverables. while safely completing the projects on-time and within budget.1) SCE Mountainview Generating Station [(MVGS) combined cycle steam turbine facility rated at 1.2GW], Redlands, CA (spring 2025 outage)- performing construction / project management of tube tie clamp / upper crawl space 1-2 and exhaust duct liner upgrades for the Heat Steam Recovery Generators (HRSG\'s) U3-A-3B-4A-4B with an estimated total value of $4.5 million.2) SCE MVGS, Redlands, CA (spring 20••••27 outages)- performing construction / project management of flow distribution grids and drain upgrades for the HRSG\'s U3-A-3B-4A-4B with an estimated total value of $12 million.3) SCE CSUSB Fuel Cell (1.2MW) Decommissioning (June 2024)- performed construction / project management of a complex removal of natural gas -fed fuel cell system that was tied to the campus\' HVAC plant, The team successfully completed the project safely, on-time and within budget while on an accelerated schedule to mitigate impacts to the campus heating / cooling systems with a $1.2m budget.4) SCE UCSB Fuel Cell (200 kV) Decommissioning (Dec 2023)- performed construction / project management of removal of natural gas -fed fuel cell (solid-state) system that was tied to the campus\' power grid,
